The Hudsucker Proxy is my favorite of the Coen brothers films, followed by The Man Who Wasn't There.

There's way worse, like No Country, Burn After Reading, and I had to go to IMDB just to make sure I wasn't leaving out anything necessary where I see Intolerable Cruelty is way worse than Hudsucker, although I can't recall what it was other than Zeta Jones that made it so gosh darn awful, and I doubt I've sat all the way through the man who wasn't there, but then I might be overly critical.

In sum their worst movie is definitely Burn After Reading, then No Country followed by Intolerable Cruelty and Ladykillers ain't too hot either and it's a complete rip-off/remake.

There's no such thing as "worst" when talking about the Coens ;) Personally, I like Intolerable Cruelty the least - too mainstream rom-com for me despite occasional "Coen-esque" touches.

Hudsucker is a wonderful retro-styled fable.

The Coens' "worst" movie is still better than 99.99999999% of the crap out there.
