This movie was good-it was hillarious, but i felt like something was missing. Even though they had a lot of guest appearances in the movie(chris tucker,bernie mac, tlc, imx)which i thought was good, i didnt really enjoy this movie as much as the first two. The first two house party movies were way better than this movie. I thought the first one was the best movie.
shareFirst was definately the best, followed by the second, but three isn't bad, it's just nowhere near as good as the originals. Kinda like other films where the 3rd film either lost most of the cast, or changed it from R to PG-13 (i.e. RoboCop), etc. Bernie Mac was the only saving grace, and one downside is NO explanation as to why Kid isn't marrying Tisha Campbell (I assume she was too busy with "Martin" to take part in the entire movie). Although, Chris Tucker's role in the film isn't a cameo, and is actually one of (if not the first) films he ever did (this was a year before "Friday" when people actually took note of him)
shareHouse Party 3 was rated R actually. I thought this was a good movie. Just not compared to the first two. Those three guys that picked with Kid N Play all the time should of been in the third movie, too. It would of gotten even more cool points than they had without em. Tisha Campbell was in the movie as her character, just not the whole movie. Just in the beginning, and at two other scenes after that.
shareI thought the second one sucked donkey balls. I liked the first one and I like this one, but I didn't care much for the second one. Then again, it's been so long since I've seen that one, I can barely even remember what it was about. This one definitely had the best party, with not just one, but 3 jumping off. And the ex con caterers were hilarious and kinda made up for the three "hoods" from the first movie. And that dinner with Kid's family and Vita's parents was classic.

The funniest part in the second movie was when Martin and Play were supposed to be helping Kid move into his dorm and scheme up some money to help him stay in school, instead Martin was gettin it on with some girl and ended up in the hallway wrapped up in a sheet with her talkin about, "you gonna get your A girl, you gonna get your A".
