The most miss-sold movie EVER made

Watch the trailer and you think 'My, this looks like another rousing martial arts epic from the House of Li. It doesn't appear to be Fist of Legend but looks on par with Iron Monkey. Wow the trailer makes it looks really dramatic & historically relevant.'

The ACTUAL Flick;

- No subtitles and the most atrocious dubbing EVER heard by anyone anywhere.
- The start of Shogun Assassin is nicked.
- Characters just pop up out of nowhere.

And the cream;

- The main bad guy is a resurrected kung fu master who now looks like an armoured Freddy Kreuger (without the glove blades) who drives around in a shiny aluminium car resembling a pointy nosed metal hedgehog. He also screams/roars a lot...badly.

This flick is SO bad it's good...but only just.

Actually I saw the subtitled version of this movie on TV once.

Y'see I BET the subtitles improve this film by at least 10-15%. Although saying that, the dubbing on the version I've seen is hilarious and adds to the whole 'feel' of the film...the 'so bad its good' feel.

I totally agree. I have the dubbed version of this flic and...

ITS SO BAD ITS GOOD!

The subbed version will probably be much better but I still keep it in my "Army Of Darkness" pile :D

Well I saw the subtitled version on the OMNI channel in Canada.Its actually worse.The subtitles are really bad on that channel.Anyway, dubbed or subtitled, I enjoyed this movie.

They're probably the worst subtitles I've ever seen. They weren't reviewed by anyone fluent in English.

They're cheap-trinket instruction manual bad.
