Classic Herc!

Watching this on Netflix right now, Classic Herc! Loads of fun, a goofy slave for comic relief, some nasty looking bad dudes as villains, a giant, a huge ocean snake monster (with scenes inside its stomach, where there lived a smaller ocean snake monster!), some naked back action from the cute heroine, and of course, Kevin Sorbo.

I think these movies were made before the television show, so it was funny to see actors who later appeared in the series as different characters.
