Why is this movie so hard to find?

Can anyone tell me why this little gem of a movie is so hard to find? I bought a bootleg from myhouseoffilms.net but the quality doesn't do it justice! It's a bad copy with subtitles and the tape was of such inferior quality that everything is dark and faded! I emailed the family channel who put it out in the first place and got no where. I posted a request on ebay and couldn't find it there or anywhere else! I want to know where all the videos went! It came out in 1994 for crying out loud. Someone must have a copy of this lying around somewhere! How could that be that this movie is beginning to become a relic? Before The Jonas Brothers there was Jonathan Brandis who was a heartbreaker in his brief time on this ball of dirt! So if anyone has a fairly good VHS or DVD let me know on this site. My copy doesn't do his blue eyes justice!
