How much would Moguera cost to build?

If Moguera were to actually be built it would have to be the most expensive project in human history.

On a level with the transport device from Contact.

I'm thinking hundreds of billions at least.
Remember that not only is it a giant powerful robot with many weapons, but it also seperates into a ship that flies and a drill tank that can go underground.

It can't handle Godzilla but I am sure it could take out most other threats to world peace like Bush.
We should build one.

Defiantly be a world wide collaboration with possible private investors.

Well in the movie it's established it's owned by the United Nations, so it's safe to say every country pitched in but it's base is in japan since thye most likely presented the idea for the project. Notice there is even a russian scientist and americans present when it takes off.
im sure the greatest minds from the world all worked on the project. other countris would be willing to fund a global threat like godzilla and other monsters.

Well it's likely based in Japan, cause that's where all the Kaiju seemed drawn to, haha

The question is not how it costs, but... why did they built another expensive robot instead of repair/update Mechagodzilla ???
