Are they planning on releasing Godzilla Vs SpaceGodzilla, Godzilla Vs Destrooyah, Godzilla Vs King Ghidorah and Godzilla & Mothra - Battle for Earth on DVD with the original Japanese audio and english audio. Or should I just get the Double Feature DVD.

I purchased the flipper disc for a mere five bucks at a local WalMart in Central New Jersey.

I believe the double-sided DVD version only has the English dub.

Sony has released all of the Heisei movies they have the rights to on Blu-ray with the original Japanese audio and the English dubs. Unfortunately it doesn't look like those versions are coming to DVD anytime soon, so the crappy double feature DVDs are the best we've got.
