hey im looking for a film that i watched as a child and someone said it could possibly be this film just need to know before i go mad lol

is this the film where he yawns or something and everyone around falls asleep? thats all i remeber so if anyone could help id be grateful, thanks.

Yeah his yawns have like hypnotic powers and sends people to sleep he like uses it to make the cop fall asleep so he can escape from a cage.
