It hasn't been released on DVD officially yet. Whoever owns the rights needs to get cracking. An unopened copy of this is for sale on Amazon for $99! That's unbelievable to me. Just realese the DVD already....

according to locatetv.com it was released for region 1 in 1993. i did a search for Gnome Named Gnorm' dvd = and i got http://www.locatetv.com/movie/gnome-named-gnorm/970771

go to www.tcm.com and search for this movie, then vote for its dvd release, not sure how many it needs, but it only has 61, use multiple emails if you can

It is listed on a rare dvd site, how ever it is important to note that another unreleased/rare dvd on the sight turned out to be a burned dvd, which seems to have been from a tape originally. That said it (the movie I got) wasn't a really bad copy so maybe Gnome named Gnorm is decent.
