Geese Howard vs M. Bison/Vega(as our Japanese friends will know him as)

Inspired by AmyAdamsFan's message board about Ryu vs Terry Bogard, I would like to know what you guys think of M. Bison vs Geese Howard. 2 major underworld figures from two different games, I would like everyone's opinion, analysis and comments on who would win and how.

I personally think it would be Geese Howard cos his fighting style is very defensive as well as offensive, he is able to counter the enemy from high and low attacks so if Bison (Vega) came at him from any angle he will be able to counter all Bison's attacks. Also Geese's supers such as the Raging Storm and the Deadly Rave are very powerful!
I know Bison (Vega) is a badass but compared to Geese he has a long way to go.
