Who is Narrator in this game. is supposed to be story with this character - why then make narrator really old woman with mysterious voice and acccent?

The narrator is just a narrator. She's not supposed to be any particular character.

99 % of narrators voices is juyst men's voice like on tv. so strange- whole game is waiting that old woman will appear
