I'm usually pretty good at picking out actresses in old movies but she totally stumped me in her role here. I still don't actually believe it was her, she looked so incredibly different back then!

I never noticed either until I went through an obsessive "Cold Case" phase. LOL. She was pretty funny-looking as Monica!

OH MY GOD! That was Kathryn! I am such a huge Cold Case fan and I couldn't recognize her. That is so bizarre and cool.

I saw this movie several times before Cold Case and I remember seeing it sometime after I started watch CC and I was shocked that Kathryn Morris played Monica she looked the same as she did on CC except for the black hair.

Kathryn Morris is a good actress in this but I thought she looked old for the part.

She practically looked too old to play one of the parents of a student at the school! That gothic white they gave her face exemplified EVERYTHING!

When you're 17 a cow can seem dangerous and forbidden...am I alone here?

if you really really focus on Monica's face you can see that it's her but I too was very stumped!

In regard to the OP:
To me, an "old movie" is something with Bette Davis in it.

I had to check the credits after I saw the movie as I I thought she was an actress who looked like Kathryn Morris. Good TV movie and casting.
