Lt. Perez!!

Had it not been for Lt. Perez's benevolence and trying to help Fresh, Fresh would'nt of been able to pull it off so well. I mean, Perez knew what was going on all along...why didn't he just take Fresh into custody along with his sister? I'm sure any other cop would've done that and then stick them in a group home. Perez was able to help Fresh out of the mess and put him and his sister in a better place.




It's all about the corned beef sandwiches and pineapple juice
