Who really released this movie -- Miramax or Luminaire

This movie is like "Reservoir Dogs" in that it's kinda confusing. On some "Reservoir Dogs" trailers Carolco is the company that distributes it. Same with this one. An English trailer showed Luminaire as the distributor.
