Drug dealers, violence, whores, family members addicted to drugs, poverty and dispair....I survived and grew up....then got the hLL out.

So did I in Chicago, a lot like the movie and a few similar situations. A few horror stories but also a few (like myself) who made it out.

I'm from the Southside of Chicago. A lot more than a few not only survived, but thrived. Not like being from Lake Forest, but more than people are willing to admit
