shareAre you sure of this? It's a NuImage picture entirely filmed in South Africa, and none of those movies were intended for theatrical releases.
shareIt was also picked up for distribution by October Films (which is now Focus Features), and correct me if I'm wrong on this, several films that October picked up for distribution were intended to be theatrical.
