What got cut?

Based on comments here and an interview from Alex Winter from a while back (that I couldnt locate if I wanted to) this film got majorly cut down before it was released. It was also set to get an R rating and probably had ten or twenty more minutes in it.

So anyone know what got cut? Anyone lucky enough (like one of the reviewers here) to have been at the test screening?
