god damn. randy quaid should have played this role in every damn piece of crap he's ever been in. especially "hard rain" and "independence day". anything would have made those pieces of *beep* shine a little brighter. this movie is well likeable though. a true video store gem up there with "orgazmo"

It may not have been Quaid`s best performance but I think its the best disaster film ever. Independence Day was a decent film too but Randy was a little annoying in that movie. And honesly.... I`ll take Freaked over Orgazmo any day of the week.

And, yeah, Orgazmo is a swell movie for sure, but it ain't no Freaked, and that's for sh!t sure.

shareQUICK CHANGE!!!!!!!!!!!! Best movie ever---maybe not randy's best performance, but certainly the most magnificent movie he's ever had the pleasure of partaking in! Oh I love that movie so much. I like this one quite a great deal as well, its stuck with me quite vividly ever since I first saw it in junior high, I was like what the hell is this movie? and to this day, all throughout high school and college, and now at work, to this day i tell people about this movie with two giant jamaican rastafarian eyeballs and keeanu reeves as ortiz the dogface boy and i get a lot of what? you're making this up type reactions, and i keep having to swear that its a real movie! especially after i throw in the part about mr t as a woman and bobcat goldthwait as sockhead! for years no one believed me that this film is a real film and not something i pulled out my ass on the spot in order to be funny, that's how brilliant this movie is! no one believes me when i actually talk about it!!!! but my main point was that this is not the only legitamtely good movie Randy's been a part of. Quick Change is an awesome awesome comedy, with what is perhaps the most perfect opening 20 minutes of virtually any film ever, at least of the ones i've seen at least, uhhh yes he;s been in a lot of crap (can you call Matians Go Home--crap?) but i'll be dammned if i'm gonna sit here and let anyone say he's never been in a good movie before when Quick Change sits proud and stands tall in his filmogrophy!

shareHe's pretty funny in Out Cold. Never heard of it until This TV showed it. John Lithgow and Teri Garr are the other leads. Randy plays an aloof PI. Unfortunately the movie only has a Full Screen release, but it's pretty cheap. Dark comedy.
Kingpin was great. His small role in Paper Moon is funny. Love him as Uncle Eddie.
