He's the worst English actor ever. I never forget that he's acting when I watch him. I generally believe that all English/British/Irish actors are better than American actors by default, but he gives me pause...

He's a fine actor when he has a good script and good direction. In melodramatic rubbish like this, though, he's a bit harder to watch. But then, so is everyone else.
