This bitch got on my nerves. Butting her nose in nancy's life and stickin her nose where it shouldnt have been. Saying how she wasnt goin to put up with it. Uh she didnt own nancy's body or controlling her life. It was nancy's life and she could do watever she wanted with it.
shareObviously you've never been a mother who's had to deal with a daughter with anorexia. People who are unaware of how to handle eating disorders don't really know how to react. So of course, a concerned mother is probably going to "overreact" to what her daughter is doing, when in reality Nancy's mother's reaction was probably very typical and normal.
Yes it was Nancy's life and she could do whatever she wanted with her body, but how would YOU feel if you daughter was slowly killing herself and you could do nothing to stop it? You wouldn't even try?

Additionally, parents are still VERY MUCH in control of you, on bigger issues, while they're paying for you to go to college. Though she's off living in a dorm, she hasn't truly moved out, as her bedroom's still at home and she doesn't have her own place yet.
I doubt Nancy was paying for her higher education with babysitting money! If she didn't want to do as her parents said Re: her health, she could really cut the strings and go off on her own....to starve to death or whatever.
