Elizabeth Taylor

I don't care what the Razzie people say, I loved Elizabeth Taylors over the top performance as Wilmas mother, she was HILARIOUS, too bad she couldn't have done it for the sequel then it might have been better

I LOVED Liz in this Movie- plus her wardobe was gorgous! She was the highlight of the film for me- as was Joan Collins was in the Sequel. I loved how she stood toe to toe with fred and all the insults she gave him

Totally agree, she was great! By the way, 4.6 ??? Who are these haters anyway? What, not filthy enough? Doesn't bash people of faith? Why such animosity?

I think the same. She was the perfect Wilma's mother. I couldn't have imagined other actress for that role.

By the way, it was her last Hollywood movie, wasn't it?

She got a Razzie? I had no idea lol. I thought she was one of the better performers in this.

"Take a hike, shorty. My Freddie doesn't want that tacky thing." - Her face when she says it is so evil and mean and perfect lol

"You could've married Elliot Firestone, the man who invented the wheel. Instead you picked Fred Flintstone, the man who invented the excuse!" Lol she was great

What I don't get is, ppl are always hating on Rosie as Betty, but Liz Taylor was NOTHING like Wilma's mother.

I sometimes wonder who would have been a better pick for Wilma's mother if she had looked more like the cartoon version.

All I need is one mic...

Honestly I think John Goodman in DRAG would have been funny in the role, b/c that's what I'd imagine a live action version of Pearl looking like. Wilma's mother in the cartoon always reminded me of the cartoon Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland, and she always reminded me of Fred Flintstone in drag, so I think it'd be perfect!
