Grenade in mouth?

Years ago, I saw some show or film that was talking about cheap exploitation and horror films, and I saw a scene clip of a Nazi or chick in fatigues tied up, with a grenade in her mouth. She looked like a baddie that was about to get her due.

Anyhow, I just ran across a listing for this film, and it sounds like this could be the one, but I've never seen it.

Can anyone confirm this is it?
