Not on dvd?

I just looked on Amazon and was shocked to discover that it's only available on VHS! I know it's nothing special but I remember liking it the first time around and was looking forward to buying it and watching it again, I find this strange because I could've sworn I saw a DVD copy in a friends house, unless it was a different film with the same title. Maybe it's just Region 2?
