The quality isn't perfect, but the image quality is MILES better than the VHS rips we have on the internet of the full movie.

Now I'm really mad at Avi Arad for not only cancelling this movie, but also destroying it. If the 1990 Captain America movies can get released on Blu-Ray, there's no way in heck this wouldn't have actually been something fans would pick up.
