Does anyone now if Estrategia del Caracol is in DVD? In any country? US or Colombia?

I've been looking for it for a long time..and yes, Im colombian and still living here...is unbelieveable!
It sucks..badly...
I can find any movie on the world right now, really, i know many movies distributors...but this one in particular is really hard to find..thats why a lot of people of my generation, and the past generations dont really know about it..its really sad, for me, its the best colombian film, ever!

I bought La Vendedora de Rosas on Amazon.com....It was pretty good. 75 out of 100.
