I can't believe how much this movie sucked! Sure, the cinematography was nice, but everything else was bad. I tried to figure out this confusing movie with a couple friends, but we gave up and just made fun of the characters. I don't know if the movie title has anything to do with it, since angel dust is a name for PCP - a drug that gives you hallucinations, delusional ideas, etc.

Same goes here. Couldn't understand everything, wasn't able to care for any character at all, found some scenes to be very dull, and came up with funny ideas about characters.
What bothers me isn't the lack of understanding everything, but the lack of wanting to know what was going on. There have been movies which i didn't understand everything about them in the past too. For like/dislike part, my decision usually depends on whether wanting to know more about it or not.

Speaking for myself, i can't decide which one is worse than the other.
Angel Dust's atmosphere was somehow good actually(at least in the first half). And i have to admit i liked Kaho Minami's performance, even her character was written badly.
Inception, on the other side, based on a great, revolutionary idea(if you've seen it somewhere else before, please let mo know[really]). But this idea couldn't have been adapted into a film in a more boring way. Also, every element of the movie, from dialogue writing to character deveplopment, is full of mistakes. This film contains even more mistakes than The Dark Knight did.
Define 'mistakes'.

I have to agree with you; I couldn't get into this at all. the tone was so flat, colorless, and the characters were completely uninteresting. The point of the film was to make the viewer try to figure out who the killer was; but I couldn't care less who the killer was.I loved "Labyrinth of Dreams" and "Electric Dragon 80,000 v" by the same director, but this was very different..
