What's the deal with Jennifer Tilly's character?

Was she just Vampire (I love how he doesn't even have a name) in disguise? That was hillarious how Chris was about to have sex with her and then she turns into a dude!

She was the Vampire (Martin Kemp's character) in disguise. I think the Vampire was trying to seduce Chris in an attempt to distract him from his girlfriend.
