I am not being a douche. I love all actors and crew surrounding this movie. Just that I was young and "allergic" trowards different (black and white and so on) as a teenager.
PLEASE convince me because i want to watch and love this movie.

Just bite the bullet. It's got an absolutely cracking script that hooks you in straight away, is packed full of great, great lines, and keeps the story moving along. The performances are great, the movie is bubbling over with charm and humanity and it's actually all quite wonderful and life affirming in very unexpected ways. You could just go into it thinking, "well, I'll give it 20 minutes and if I'm bored I'll turn it off'. I'm pretty certain that you'll blaze through the whole thing with a huge grin on your face.
