The Redux or the Original?

I recall people hated the original, and that the Redux got some good reviews. I only saw the Redux and liked it, but also think it's his weakest.

I've only seen the Redux and like Wuxia in general, but I found this terrible. Apart from some fine landscape cinematography this is a major snoozefest.

The original soundtrack and certain imagery missing from the Redux was outstanding. However, the Redux is less convoluted.

the original all the way, the soundtrack is overwhelmingly haunting
