Is there a DVD out anywhere of this film?

I saw this film abuot 10 or 11 years ago at the New York Film Festival without any expectations. After the film ended and the lights came up, I wanted to go out and see every other film Edward Yang made. Since that screening, I have not been able to find this film anywhere in the States. Does anyone know if it is available on DVD in Europe or Asia with English subtitles? It seems the only Yang film widely available over here is "Yi Yi".

Have you been able to find even the VHS of this movie? I am trying desperately to find it and I have not had any luck. If you have any information on where I can purchase either the VHS or a DVD please email me at [email protected] - thanks.
