Why isn't LEO ROSSI credited in DREAM A LITTLE DREAM 2?

I don't understand why Leo does not appear in the credits for Dream A Little Dream 2. He knew Corey Haim intimately via the Fast Getaway films. He has a legitimate role in this movie. Seems like Leo was dissed. I would like to know how the studio managed to omit one of the MOST important actors who appears in the movie from the film's credits. Doesn't sit right with me.
