ugh

i saw this movie about 10 years ago. it made me cringe. i watched it again last night & it was for me just as bad as it was the first time. however, this time i realized that sandra oh's performance is the weakest & is what brings the movie down. in my opinion, her acting is completely unnatural. her character constantly laughs at moments that aren't very humorous. and sandra's acting consistently fails to "sell" the humor to me. she seems very self-conscious throughout the movie. her timing is off. nothing flows organically in her performance. i thought she did a pretty good job in "sideways". i guess she was still learning when she filmed this movie.
