The Michael Douglas mullet

Does anyone think that Michael Douglas' mullet is hideous? Everyone in the movie has one. Terrible. It was only made in '94 as well, there should be no excuse.

Any other bad haircuts in movies?

What is it, with people's obsession, with mullets these days? They even go as far, as to point out mullets, that aren't even really there.

Michael Douglas was the king of hair styles back then. Innovative, daring, he had it all.

reply

I agree, it is one of the most hideous hair cuts of all time. He had that same semi-mullet for ages too.

"Cigarette?"
"Yes, I know."

reply

Anybody who wants to see some horrfically bad movie hair should check out 'Working Girl.' It was made in '88 or '89. Tons of bad "80's hair" in that movie.

HAHAHAHAHA!!!! I forgot about that one. Truly hideous 80s hair. Makes the "Douglas mullet" look runway ready.

...but it must be good. Ebert and Roeper gave it 2 thumbs up...

If you wouldn't say something to your mother, you probably shouldn't say it at all.

But, I thik you're right, it's not a mullet (or at least not a *pure* mullet).

You're right. It's NOT a mullet, by any stretch.

reply

Have you not been to Seattle? Everyone is still rockin' the mullet. I don't think that style is going to ever die there. It's everywhere.

reply

everyone is still rockin' the mullet?! still?

I was thinking of the immortal words of Socrates, who said, "... I drank what?"

reply

I may have been drinking when I posted that. No one outside of the Ozarks rocks a mullet.

reply

at least you have a plausible excuse.
