I agree with you, Vosloo was much much better and i thought that the second film was sooooo much better than the 1st one.

Vosloo had the best Darkman look. With the costume and makeup on. But his voice and Peyton look just didn't do it for me.

I give Neeson several thumbs down, he just didn't do it for me. Though at least I can believe his particular speech coming from a face with no lips, Vosloo annunciated a bit too much and well if you have no lips that's a bit hard to do. Nonetheless, best Darkman, best Peyton, everything.

I'm gonna go with Neeson. If I remember correctly, at least he didn't groan as much. I did like Vosloo as well, though, but sometimes he just sounded like he completely lacked emotion.
