Where's the Punisher when you need him?

I don't agree that killing is the answer unless you really have to for self defense purposes or something but being a lover of movies and superheroes I enjoy that kinda stuff for entertainment purposes. Yeah superheores don't actually kill but there are some superhero types that do in this case 'The Punisher'. Sometimes I don't watch but 'observe' these type of lifetime movies because I'd like to imagine a crime fighting superhero taking the law into his or her own hands like Batman striking fear Daredevil beating this guy to a pulp, but if I ever wanna imagine it going a little more darker then guys like the Punisher are the way to go. I don't know how exactly he would get involved but he should take this guy down. Not just shoot him but torture him, ruin his life and have witnesses like his wife, son, stepdaughter, bunch of dumb cops who think he's a hero observe this and when he does end his life then all those cops are gonna want Frank Castle's head.
