At the end, Manny says he hired someone new and Corrina would like her. Not sure if he was kidding or if he really did hire another nanny. Does anyone know? After all these years of loving this movie, I never could figure it out!

I agree. I think Grandma would be watching her granddaughter because she would be living with Manny. Maybe Grandma hired the man as a butler type, but hard to believe Manny would allow that man he turned down to watch over his daughter. I think the man just did cleaning, etc. and Grandma watched her granddaughter. That is why Manny said he felt Corrina would approve of who would be watching Molly.
I agree that neither Manny nor Corrina wanted to become an employer/ employee anymore because their relationship had changed. Manny and Corrina were obviously falling in love with each other and wanted to be able to be explore their relationship in a way that wouldn't put them at odds.
