Can anybody tell me if there is a region 2 DVD of Le Colonel Chabert coming out soon with english subtitles ?

This is such a wonderful movie, yet only the VHS tape has English subtitles. Pourquoi? I've been looking for the Region 1 with English subtitles. My French is minimal at best.

I was looking around and it seems there are no DVD releases with any subtitles at all... Such a shame!

There is a dvd R2 with subtitles, it's part of a 4 disc box set of Gerard's work, well worth getting. Available in the UK.
