Did anybody esle find themselves cracking up numerous times during Tommy Lee Jones rants, insults, etc? I did. I thought Jones was hilarious and great. I'm surprised I hadn't really heard of this movie before after watching it tonight. I was fully entertained.

I did - I thought the bit in the car ride when Willie names only black baseball players and Cobb keeps getting more and more upset was hysterical. I also thought the baseball bit with Roger Clemens that ends in a fight with even the midgets going at it was awesome. I laughed at most of Cobbs rants and insults, he was out of controll.
shareI thought when Cobb said,"I don't believe it, Coke in a can." The younger generation probably didn't get the signifigance of that.
Help stamp out and do away with redundancy
There are a lot of parts in this movie I didn't like, but the baseball scenes were fun, and Rocket's part as the opposing pitcher was terrific. I wish they had more of those scenes. It was hilarious.
