Ah yes, exactly what I was wondering throughout the entire movie.
My guess would be Amy Hathaway, listed as "Karen" in the credits. Her name was Karen, wasn't it?

I knew I saw her before somewhere. She also looked like the actress who played Stacey Keenan's best friend in the old 80's show My Two Dads. I'm going to check that after this I bet she is. Her voice was even similars to hers kinda low or mature sounding.
I just checked I knew that was her she looked the same. She's very pretty looks even better now. I thought she was better looking that Staci Keanan who was the star of the show. Ah the 80's I miss some of those cheesy 80's shows.
