memento mori

Yep! Memento took this idea, and took out the comedy.

Memento obviously did more with the "core idea" but there's too much similarities here for it to be a coincidence(temporary amnesia, murder/mystery plot, system of post-it notes and other tools to remind himself who the players are every morning).

I caught this movie on cable last night and 10 minutes into it, this thought hit me! Its very much like Memento, except with a comedy touch. I mean, post it notes, self recording reminders and Anterrograde amnesia cannot be a coincidence. Someone watched this film and came up with the brilliant idea that "Memento" was.
