Had the '45 Rising not taken place and the peaceful status quo prevailed, would that have affected Britain in the long run ?

Would it have altered Britain's growth and growth of Empire ?

Would Britain be different today ?

I don't think it would have altered Britain's growth. The '45 Rising was opposed by more Scots than supported it. The Scots wanted to get on with "inventing the modern world" as someone put it, and Bonnie Charlie's effort was the last gasp of medieval absolutism, which if successful would have plunged Britain backwards.
