I recall watching the trailer for this movie where the kids were having a "make your own omelet" breakfast & one was made with popcorn. It expanded into a ball, mich like those Jiffy Pop pans, and then exploded with kids flyinig out the window.
This was the scene that I wanted to see in this movie, but they not only cut it out, but removeded from all ads. I guess the studio was afraid that some kid may try this at home.
Anyone else remembers this?
Yep, I remember that scene, and was ultimately disappointed that it wasn't included in the film. I never heard what happened to it. It was so long ago, I didn't remember what they were doing until you described it. The popcorn explosion is the only thing I can remember of it.

shareI remember watching the trailer with the Popcorn Omelet scene and the one with the nerf arrow going through the bale of hay. Also I tried looking for any Camp Nowhere trailers on youtube and the only one I could find was the home video trailer for Camp Nowhere. I was looking forward to see the popcorn omlette and the nerf arrow through the bale of hay again in the theatrical trailer(s).
If someone happens to have the trailer with the popcon omelette scene and the nerf arrow through the hay bale please upload it to youtube, or just let us knw what movie you found it on.
