It taken me years to admit this but I do not get this line. Is she referring to period? Sex? Help.

It is a reference to a woman's period. Helen was insulting Eden, calling her "old", by insinuating she had stopped her period years ago, and had entered menopause.

No, it isn't. You guys are all a little pervy.

Helen is threatening to strike her. Helen has been angry about Eden, and her noisy "Mutt", from their first meeting, and even tells David Shayne that she would like to sneak up behind Eden with a pillow and suffocate her.

Helen might as well be saying, "How long has it been since you've had a good punch in the nose?"
