I loved Tom Verica's Wedding Picture!!

The now famous wedding picture where Tom Verica looks so incredibly HANDSOME!! is one of my favorite pictures of all time and it is what I identify with television's BREACH OF CONDUCT...I would love to see Tom Verica in a lot more on television...I think he is absolutely GREAT!!! in the series AMERICAN DREAMS, Tom Verica is one of the best actors I have ever seen!!!!

I don't get it. Please explain the significance of a wedding picture to this movie. I must have missed something, because I didn't (couldn't) focus 100% on this movie.
