I just loved Laurie; she played Candice so well; she was also funny; I liked how she told Emma about the a$$hole in the bar who made a fool of himself and how Candice worried about Emma when Emma was in the hospital. I recognized those dimples and brown eyes of Laurie's the minute she appeared even though that scene was at night in the dark.

Question: I only watched this movie on tv and Laurie Metcalf had two very small scenes in it-- outside with the band when the show was over and when she brought flowers to her sister's room after the surgery and her sister didn't recognize her. Please tell me that a great actress like Metcalf had more than just two tiny scenes in this movie...
