Quigley, Biederman and Juice all give testimony about him committing fraud? How about when bank surveillance, the bank teller, the people Preston threw money at, etc. all corroborate their statements? Sounds like he goes to jail til he's 18, then can see if Shay is still interested. I bet thats what the movie wanted us to think.

not when the money they were given was FBI stamped. Pretty sure they would rather testify than go to jail themself.
