I know. But in real life in a similar situation would they be eligible for parole? I mean if this were a true story would they be eligible for parole?

I don't think the death penalty because they weren't planning to kill the baby, but definitively life.

With the parents money, they can pay the best to keep the three in jail.

They can afford the best attorneys in the country, and may be able to buy the judge.
