I thoroughly enjoyed this film, I saw on the Teletoon last night and was blown away at the psychological and cyberpunk themes of the storyline. Definitely something cyberpunk or sci-fi anime fans want to get involved into.

OVA is 8/10 for me, will probably be a douche to this shortened dub and rate 2-3/10
