ending

hi there..i remember watchin this movie like years ago on cable or something...and i cant remember the ending very well. how does it end? does she stay with Noel or go back to Vinny? i remember a few scenes..like when she was at the ballet with Noel, and her schizo mom and before that her stepmom or something was nursing HER baby cuz she didnt have one. weird. thanks :)
