HaHa IMDB STAFF Banned this from Top250

Still Indians have 3 movies in Top250 and two are almost gone !!!

reply

Ha, just wrote a review for this yesterday and absolutely panned it.

Yes I sent you a message in total agreement. It was the final movie I had to watch to complete the Top 250 after five and a half years......I can only say it's poetic justice that it falls off the list.

reply

Yes I got your message, thanks for that :). Though I am glad it has been removed, I think it sucks that it just got removed straight after I watched it. That's 2 hours I'll never get back :'(. However, I hope this deters people from watching it in the future. I was only as honest as I could be for that review.

Can we improve the ratings system?

A few top of mind suggestions 1) to have a certain % threshold of top 1000 voters (or other figure) to have reviewed it before having a change at any top, or 2) to include only up to a % (eg 25%) of the vote value the votes coming from the movie's country of origin (is not only Indian, but also Turkish movies that reach the movie count, but quality is widely lacking), or 3) a combination of the two.

It is the irony that many of these nonsense movies reach the top, they are harder to get a copy, and once you do, they eat 3hrs of your life, giving back nothing.

Does that mean you watched every movie that was on the top 250 during that 5.5 years?

reply

Ok has banned but the users rating was freezed at 25,721 users which is not normal to not count new votes !!!

reply

Seems OK now !!!

From your posts, it seems that u r overly concerned with Indian movies in the Top 250 list. I wonder, how come u can manage all dis hate? Do u hv nothing else to do, other than keep count of how many indian movies are in Top 250 and at what rank?

Be positive man, all this negative vibe will take u nowhere. God bless u.
